The Compton Archery Exec Committee is:

Rick Stephens – Club Chairman & Lead Coach
Rick is a Level 2 AGB coach and has been practicing archery since 2013.
Rick shoots Olympic freestyle plus barebow and longbow and is also a member of the National Field Archery Association.

Leon is a Level 1 AGB coach and has been practicing archery since 2015.
Leon shoots Olympic freestyle and is also a member of the National Field Archery Association.

Natalie is a Level 1 AGB coach and has been practicing archery since 2016
Natalie shoots barebow recurve.

Jim has been practicing archery since 2018 and shoots Olympic freestyle.
Owen Smith – Junior Development Officer
Owen has been practicing Olympic freestyle archery since 2015 and was very proudly chosen to be part of Team GB in 2023. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his Team GB coaching and Competition.
